Year 1 Autumn update 2022

Year 1 have been very busy with their learning this half term. In maths we have
investigated Place Value and are now exploring Addition and Subtraction. We have
enjoyed learning all about Harvest Festival and are looking forward to learning about
the Hindu festival of Diwali. The children have loved learning how to write journey
stories using our key text ‘Knuffle Bunny’ for inspiration. In Science, we had lots of fun in
the orchard looking for the signs of Autumn.
