My name is Ms Spence and this is my sixth year of teaching. I taught Year 2 for 4 years, before completing a year of supply including a fantastically fun term and a half as Carden’s PE teacher. I really enjoyed working in Key Stage 2 so am very excited to be in Year 5 this year and I am looking forward to our exciting topics.
In my free time I enjoy getting out into nature, hiking and exploring the world. I’m a keen reader and can usually be found with a book in my hand. I also love food; I often like to challenge myself to cook new cuisines and recipes. I have also been involved in Scouting for 7 years as a Beaver and sometimes Cub leader.
