Hi, my name is Samuel Farley but I most people call me Sam as it's shorter and easier. I am 19 years old and have worked in the education system for 3 years, straight away after finishing secondary school. I have a big passion for football, but I love to work with children and see there bright smiles when they are proud of their own work. I do love to tell a joke now and then- which either makes people laugh or they think I am weird.

I am Ella and I've just started my time at Carden. I have always found working with children to be fun and refreshing. Helping the children I work with brings me a lot of joy and getting to see them learn and develop is endlessly rewarding! In my spare time you will probably find me in a cafe or petting someone's cat on the side of the road!

I believe all young people have a right to a good education since it creates choice and opportunities throughout life.   Establishing positive relationships and knowing each young person as an individual is key to creating a positive learning experience for all.  I have worked in a range of different schools and feel proud to now be part of the Carden Team and am looking forward to getting to know the children and staff.  My Educational Assistance Dog, Willow has also joined the school with me and I know will have a positive impact on the school experience for lots of young people.

Having a specialist provision in a mainstream setting is a great model and promotes a wonderful inclusive ethos throughout our Carden community.
